How to Reach Us Via Email
In order to reduce the amount of inbound spam we limit the publication of individual email addresses on this website to a minimum. If you are looking for an individuals email you should first attempt to telephone them and ask for their email address.
If you do not know their email address, but you know their first and last names, you can follow these naming conventions in order to access them via email.

| Duplicate names | firstname.lastname(n)(n) is a number | bob.smith2@ormita.com |
| Hyphenated names | Remove all hyphens and merge multiple names together. This applies for both first and last names. | Hassan El-Amani will have: hassan.elamani@ormita.com Tzu-Hsuan Lin will have: tzuhsuan.lin@ormita.com |
| Multiple names separated by spaces | Remove all spaces and merge the multiple names together. | Brenda Van Der Beek: brenda.vanderbeek@ormita.com |
| Names with a Jr., II, III, IV etc | If the name has a Jr., II etc. it will be removed. | John Smith Jr.: john.smith@ormita.com |
| Names with an apostrophe, period or slash | Remove all punctuation from the student name and merge the names together. | Thomas O’Sullivan: thomas.osullivan@ormita.com John St. Peter:john.stpeter@ormita.com Jessy Foley-Bardsley:jessy.foleybardsley@ormita.com |
| Two or three part first names | If an individual has multiple first names, use the first part of the name. | Han Joon Taj CHUN: han.chun@ormita.com |
| Those who use their middle name | In the case where an individual requests to go by their middle name (their first name is not commonly used by them or others except in a legal capacity) we will use their middle name for their e-mail address. | R. Todd Baldwin: todd.baldwin@ormita.com |
